RETURN POLICY
At Femme Pire, we want you to absolutely love your purchase.
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we gladly offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind — provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must not be marked “FINAL SALE” at the time of purchase.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Purchases made between November 15 and December 27 may be returned within 60 days.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from personalisation.
All original tags and labels must still be attached.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are final sale only and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless faulty.

All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Femme Pire.
Only returns arranged and approved by our Customer Service Team can be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for similar in-stock items, subject to availability and Femme Pire’s discretion.
If your exchange request cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a refund instead.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
Refund amounts are calculated based on the effective price paid for each item, excluding delivery fees.
For multi-buy or bundle offers (e.g., “2 items for $200”), the discount will be applied proportionally to the entire order.
If you received a bonus or complimentary item, it must also be returned with the qualifying product for a full refund. Otherwise, a discretionary discount may be applied.
If you believe your refund amount needs review, please contact thefemmepire1@gmail.com after your initial refund has been processed.
Please note that personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at thefemmepire1@gmail.com for a full refund or replacement, including delivery costs.
Return label and exchange fees do not apply to faulty or incorrect items.
