At Femme Pire, every item is created specifically for you. This made-to-order approach reduces overproduction and excess waste, supporting more environmentally responsible practices. Producing items only when ordered allows us to minimise our environmental footprint while ensuring each piece receives proper care and attention.

As a result, fulfilment and delivery can take longer than off-the-shelf retail. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days from purchase.

Order Processing and Fulfilment.

Once you place your order, it enters production and preparation. This process usually takes up to five business days. During this time, your item is produced, quality checked, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

Shipping and tracking.

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne using Australia Post Standard Parcel Post. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7 to 30 business days depending on your location. Timeframes may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post at a flat rate of $14.95 per order.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a faulty or defective item, return postage will be covered once the return is approved.

For change of mind returns or exchanges, return postage is arranged by the customer. Each return or exchange is processed individually to ensure accuracy and care, so separate return labels are required for each request.
