Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. For other discounted items not marked final sale, exchanges may be accepted based on availability.

Your first approved return for exchange or refund is free.
Additional returns from the same order may incur a $9 return label fee, as stated in our Delivery & Handling Policy. -
Yes — if the purchase meets our return conditions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or we can provide a store credit upon request.

If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us immediately at thefemmepire1@gmail.com with photos.
We’ll arrange a free return and replacement or a full refund — including delivery costs. -
Once your return is processed and approved, your exchange item will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to availability. You’ll receive a tracking email once shipped.
